Linda's interest in healthy, stress-free living led her to the Japanese technique for relaxation and stress relief - Reiki. She became a Reiki Practitioner in 2013 and a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2014. The next progression in Linda's training was a career in Massage Therapy. While completing her education to become a Licensed Massage Therapist at the New York Institute of Massage she also attained certification in Reflexology. Not only does Linda practice these 3 modalities, but she also actively uses them herself to maintain her health and wellbeing. |
